Omagh Methodist Carol Service, Sunday, 15th December 2024.
The annual carol service in Omagh Methodist Church was held on Sunday 15th December in seasonal temperatures – the heating system had failed. The air might have been chilly but the atmosphere was warm and joyful as the congregation joined in familiar carols and hear again the Christmas Story told in Bible readings. The Sunday School choir added uplift to the service while a small group led in prayer. At the close of the service Omagh Methodists were encouraged to support the Drumquin Methodist Christmas Tree Fest, organised as community event to raise funds for the new manse.
