Bible Study
Our Bible Study Group will be meeting for three more evenings before taking a break over the summer months. We’ll meet in Togherdoo at 8pm on Tuesday 28th March, 18th April and 25th April.
Drumquin Bible Study
We will be meeting on Thursday 20th April at 7pm in Drumquin Methodist.
Methodist Women Together
Friday 21st April.
The North-west M.W.I. District are hosting a service in Omagh Methodist church at 7.30. p.m. All the ladies are warmly invited, when we enjoy fellowship with ladies from all over the district. The Rev David Nixon will be coming to share about some of his experiences from his Camino Walk.
Saturday 22nd April
Fintona Presbyterian ladies are having a ladies breakfast in the Church Hall. The guest speaker will be Mrs. Pamela Forrest who will be giving her life story and working with scarves. If you would like a ticket for this event please let Hazel know.
Sunday 23rd April
The ladies are holding their M.W.T. service in Togherdoo at 7.30 p.m. The visiting speaker will be Mrs. Maive Wilson (District President) and her daughter Heidi who will be blessing us with her music. Why not join us, as we enjoy fellowship together. There will be supper after the service.
Easter Offering
You will find in the pews Easter offering envelopes. Please consider supporting the Easter offering again this year as all the proceeds go towards the work of the Methodist Church overseas. Please return the envelopes by Sunday 7th May.
Christian Vision for Men
The next meeting of C.V.M. is Monday 10th April, 8pm in Togherdoo Methodist. Roy Walker will be speaking and all men are welcome to come along for this night of teaching and fellowship.
Sunday School
Sunday School continues to meet in Togherdoo Methodist on Sundays at 11.00am. There will be no Sunday School on the 9th and 16th April.
Christian Endeavour
C.E., for all P1-P7 kids, meets every Friday night at 7pm-8pm in Togherdoo Methodist. There will be no C.E. on the 7th and 14th April.
Youth Club
Youth Club, for anyone secondary school aged, meets every Friday night at 8.30pm-10pm in Togherdoo Methodist. There will be no Youth Club on the 7th and 14th April.
Play it by Ear
On Friday 31st March, Chris and Ross from ‘Play it by Ear’ will be coming along to CE and Youth Club to run a drama workshop. The young people will have the opportunity to make a special Togherdoo Anniversary video that will be shared with the church as part of this year’s celebrations.
SNITCH Youth Service
Sunday 2nd April, 7.00-8.00pm, in Ballinamallard Methodist Hall. This month the service will be hosted by Play it by Ear.
Mayne Coffee Morning
Mayne Methodist are holding a coffee morning on Saturday 1st April from 10am – 1pm in Killycurragh Hall.
Togherdoo Methodist Anniversary Year
2023 marks the 150th anniversary of Togherdoo Methodist Church. We have various events planned throughout the spring to celebrate this milestone. Coming soon we have:
‘Play it by Ear’ Drama: Friday 31st March. The Play it by Ear guys are coming along to CE and Youth Club to make an anniversary video.
Ladies Coffee Morning with speaker Amy Lennox: Saturday 27th May at 10.30am.
Smiles Container Challenge 2023
The challenge is to fill a container with items for projects in Romania… in just three months! There is a great need for essential items across all the Smiles projects, and this is a great way to get items to where they are needed. There are sheets available in each church with the items that are needed. Please have all items gathered by Sunday 9th April.
