This year’s shoebox appeal was the most successful yet with 80 shoeboxes being filled to bring some Christmas cheer to children experiencing hardship.   Two thirds of the boxes from the UK and Ireland will be going to Ukraine and those who have become refugees in neighbouring countries.  The appeal was co-ordinated by Mrs Beverley Alcorn who sends her thanks to all in the congregation who supported this worthy cause.
