Mayne Methodist Church was the setting for the christening of baby Anna Simpson, in the loving embrace of four generations of the Hawkes family. Present at this memorable event were baby Anna’s parents, Robert and Laura Simpson, her grandparents, Paul and Dorothy Hawkes and her great grandparents, Kyle and Betty Hawkes. The baptismal service was conducted by Rev Eleanor Hayden, Superintendent Minister of the Omagh and Fintona circuit which includes Mayne Methodist Church.
